The 23" concert size offers more space between frets, making it easier for most beginners to play comfortably. Finger soreness is normal at first but reduces within 1 - 2 weeks of regular practice.
Comes with die-cast chrome tuners and nylon strings (0.010 - 0.040). New strings may go out of tune initially as they stretch, but stabilize after a few days.
It has slightly better volume than a soprano, making it suitable for home practice, classes, and small group playing. Not meant for large or amplified performances.
Because ukuleles are made of wood, heat and humidity can affect them slightly. Store it in the bag, keep it away from direct sunlight, and maintain room temperature conditions.
